The Houston National Invitational is Houston's premier international/national gymnastics competition for gymnasts of all ages and levels.
2025 HNI unique features.
Athletes experience competition on podiums for both Men and Women.
Athletes compete on top-of-the-line AAI equipment provided by United Athletic International.
Top gymnasts from across the USA and other countries compete for cash prizes! The total prize money awarded has exceeded $1,100,000 since we began in 1995.
Held at the beautiful Moody Gardens Hotel and Resort in beautiful downtown Houston.
Telescopic seating for the competition provides a great spectator experience.

Houston National Invitational
The Houston National/International Invitational (HNI) is organized by the HNI Organizing Committee, in collaboration with Houston Gymnastics Center (HGC) and Iron Cross Gymnastics.
Since its inception in 1994, the Houston Gymnastics Center, under the guidance of Director Tim Erwin, has been the driving force behind hosting the competition. Over the years, the Houston National/International Invitational has evolved into a prominent national gymnastics and fitness event.
